Residences by Armani/Casa is seeking a professional and service-oriented Pool & Beach Supervisor to oversee daily pool and beach operations while ensuring a safe, clean, and exceptional experience for residents and guests.

Supervise daily pool and beach operations and assigned attendants.

Coordinate team schedules, assignments, and daily tasks.

Ensure pool, beach, and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and well maintained.

Monitor guest and resident needs and provide prompt, professional service.

Ensure proper setup of lounge chairs, umbrellas, towels, and amenities.

Enforce safety, sanitation, and property standards.

Address guest concerns and coordinate with management when needed.

Train and support Pool & Beach Attendants to maintain consistent service standards.

Monitor supplies and communicate replenishment needs.

Assist with maintaining a welcoming and luxury hospitality environment.

Previous supervisory experience in hospitality, pool, beach, or luxury residential settings preferred.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Professional, reliable, and attentive to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
