Overview
A global organization is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to lead and optimize its Workday HCM environment. This role partners with HR, IT, and Finance to drive system enhancements, integrations, and scalable HR technology solutions.
Responsibilities- Own configuration and optimization of Workday modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting, Absence).
- Manage Workday releases, testing, enhancements, and integrations.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions and processes.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and automation to support leadership and HR teams.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across the HRIS platform.
- Lead Workday-related projects, implementations, and process improvements.
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
- Experience configuring business processes and integrations.
- Background supporting HRIS implementations or complex Workday environments.
