Associate Recruitment Consultant – Inter Ex Group – Miami, FL

Base pay: $50,000/yr (uncapped commission). Full-time. Associate level.

You’ll start in an in‑house training program to become a great recruiter, learning to qualify candidates, business development, network with high‑level executives.

• Utilize Linked In Recruiter and your network to find top talent within the IT industry.
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates that last.
• Reach out to hiring managers directly via cold calling, emailing, networking.
• Grow your skills through comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship.
• Reach (and exceed) weekly and monthly objectives tied to connecting with clients and placing candidates.
