Talent Manager, Recruiter, HR / Recruitment Consultant
We’re building a high-performance lending platform and scaling fast. We need a growth-oriented HR + Recruiter who can help us hire A-players, build systems, and raise the standard across the team.
This is not a “maintenance HR” role. This is a build & scale role.
What You’ll Own- Run full-cycle recruiting for sales, underwriting, processing, and ops
- Build a predictable hiring machine
- Create scorecards, interview scripts, and decision frameworks so we hire consistently and fast
- Build talent pipelines (Linked In, referrals, agencies, local recruiting, etc.)
- Manage local internship programs
- Keep employees accountable to timelines and standards
- Onboarding: make day 1–30 clean, fast, and structured
- Performance support: tracking, documentation, basic HR compliance and best practices
- Help implement simple HR workflows (reviews, disciplinary process, org charts, comp updates)
- Partner with leadership on org design, role clarity, and team structure as we expand
- A repeatable recruiting process with clear stages + timelines
- 3–5 key hires completed (depending on priorities)
- A working candidate pipeline and weekly reporting
- Clean onboarding + basic HR infrastructure that supports growth
- You’ve recruited in a fast-paced environment (sales-heavy experience is a big plus)
- You’re organized, direct, and follow up like it’s your job (because it is)
- You have strong judgment: you can spot hunger, coachability, and culture fit
- You’re not afraid of accountability conversations
- You can operate with speed and high standards
- You want to be part of a fast-growing team and help accelerate the vision through great hiring and high standards
- You’re energized by building from scratch
- You care about the type of people we hire — hungry, accountable, coachable — and you’re willing to say “no” to the wrong person, even if we need the seat filled.
- You like working around high performers and prefer direct communication, high standards, and real results
- 3+ years experience in recruiting and/or HR (high-growth preferred)
- Comfortable working in-office and moving fast
- Strong writing and communication
- Bonus: experience recruiting in finance, real estate, lending, or high-velocity sales
