Overview
RMG Staffing is growing, and we’re looking to bring on a Part-Time Recruiting Specialist to support our internal team. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys recruiting, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about connecting the right people with the right opportunities.

Location: Hybrid (Miami-based is a must)
Pay: $24/hr | 10–30 hrs/week
What You’ll Do- Manage cycle of recruiting for temporary and seasonal roles
- Source, screen, interview, and place candidates across multiple industries
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates and internal team members
- Use ATS and internal systems to track candidates, interviews, and placements
- Ensure proper documentation, onboarding, and compliance
- Work independently while collaborating closely with the RMG internal team
- 3–5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Full-desk recruiting experience (candidate sourcing + client-facing support preferred)
- Experience recruiting in one or more of the following industries:
Hospitality, Events, Logistics/Warehouse, Administrative, Corporate or Skilled Roles - Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish (required) and English (conversational proficiency acceptable)
- Comfortable using ATS platforms and Microsoft Office
- $24/hr + performance-based incentives
- Flexible schedule (10–30 hours per week)
