Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual HR Coordinator/Recruiter (Spanish and English) to join our team and drive our Human Resources and Recruiting efforts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage end-to-end recruiting processes, support employee onboarding and orientation, and contribute to our talent management initiatives. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about connecting talented individuals with meaningful opportunities within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across various departments, including technical recruiting and executive search.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies .
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage relationships with candidates through cold calling, relationship management, and effective communication skills.
- Coordinate employee orientation programs and assist in onboarding new hires efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records within applicant tracking systems (ATS) while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- Support internal recruiting initiatives such as campus recruitment, succession planning, and employee evaluation processes.
- Assist HR Manager in daily activities and meet Metrics/KPIs
- Proven experience in HR sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition roles with a focus on technical recruiting and executive search.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Paychex, ADP, Kronos, Ulti Pro, or People Soft; experience with ATS tools like Lever or Taleo is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
- Ability to research market trends and generate leads for talent acquisition efforts.
- Experience in employee orientation programs and contracts management.
- Demonstrated ability in relationship management, social media management for recruitment campaigns, and training & development initiatives.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
