Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual HR Coordinator/Recruiter (Spanish and English) to join our team and drive our Human Resources and Recruiting efforts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage end-to-end recruiting processes, support employee onboarding and orientation, and contribute to our talent management initiatives. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about connecting talented individuals with meaningful opportunities within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across various departments, including technical recruiting and executive search.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies .
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage relationships with candidates through cold calling, relationship management, and effective communication skills.
  • Coordinate employee orientation programs and assist in onboarding new hires efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records within applicant tracking systems (ATS) while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
  • Support internal recruiting initiatives such as campus recruitment, succession planning, and employee evaluation processes.
  • Assist HR Manager in daily activities and meet Metrics/KPIs
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition roles with a focus on technical recruiting and executive search.
  • Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and hiring managers alike.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Paychex, ADP, Kronos, Ulti Pro, or People Soft; experience with ATS tools like Lever or Taleo is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
  • Ability to research market trends and generate leads for talent acquisition efforts.
  • Experience in employee orientation programs and contracts management.
  • Demonstrated ability in relationship management, social media management for recruitment campaigns, and training & development initiatives.

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
