Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Overview
The People Experience Specialist will be supporting day to day People Excellence operations and acting as first point of contact for team members. They will provide guidance on PX policies, employment lifecycle processes and employee relations matters. They will partner closely with the PXBPs and Centers of Excellence to support workforce initiatives, PX programs and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities- Serve as primary PX contact for team members, responding to general PX inquiries and providing guidance on policies, procedures and programs.
- Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, internal transfers, new hires and offboarding, ensuring accuracy, compliance and positive team member experience.
- Maintain and file Employee Records in systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with legal and organizational retention requirements.
- Partner with PXBP on HR initiatives, employee relations support workforce projects and special programs as assigned.
- Support labor and employment compliance activities, including work authorizations, EEO reporting, unemployment claims.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Payroll, Legal, IT, Security and Compensation/Finance to resolve HR-Related Matters.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree
FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an HR administrative, coordinator or generalist role. Experience supporting employee life cycle processes and Employee relations preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to exercise sound judgement and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational Skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of HR Policies, employment practices and compliance fundamentals.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft office tools.
