Salary: $50,000-$55,000 base + uncapped commission (First-year OTE: $75K–$80K)

You’ll start by learning the ropes through delivery, and then transition into a full 360 consultant role.

• Build relationships with candidates through outreach, calls, interviews, and regular communication
• Earn $750 for every successful placement (contract or permanent) starting from day one !!!!

• Once you’re confident with delivery, start developing your own client relationships
• Reach out to hiring managers via email, Linked In, and calls to offer tailored recruitment solutions
• Take ownership of the full recruitment cycle from winning clients to placing candidates
