Community Medical Group is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR) to lead and scale our people strategy across a growing, multi-site healthcare organization. This role serves as a key member of the executive leadership team, partnering closely with senior leaders to align talent, culture, compliance, and performance with organizational growth and operational priorities.

• Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles, ideally within healthcare or a multi-site environment
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, employee relations, and performance management
• Experience supporting workforce planning, organizational structure, and leadership development
• Track record of building or improving HR systems, policies, and processes that scale with growth
• Data-driven mindset with experience using HR metrics to inform decisions and improve retention and performance
