A diverse-owned media & entertainment company is seeking a Head of Human Resources to lead its people function across U.S. and LATAM operations. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of HR experience, including at least five years of management experience. This role requires strong operational skills, bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, and a proven track record in HR operations, compliance, and talent management.

The salary ranges from $140,000 to $160,000 per year, complemented by bonus opportunities.
