We are seeking a Global HR Leader – US Healthcare to serve as a senior HR leader supporting our US healthcare operations (180+ employees across multiple states).
This is a highly strategic, US-facing role based in the Philippines, responsible for shaping workforce strategy, ensuring multi-state compliance, and partnering directly with US executive leadership. The role influences 90% US operations while overseeing and guiding an existing HR team handling day-to-day operations.
This position requires executive maturity, strong knowledge of US employment law, healthcare workforce expertise, and the ability to align people strategy with business growth.
Responsibilities- Serve as a strategic advisor to US leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy
- Lead multi-state US employment law compliance and risk mitigation
- Oversee HR governance related to healthcare regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.)
- Drive retention and engagement strategy for healthcare workforce (clinicians, support teams, operations staff)
- Analyze and present workforce metrics (turnover, productivity, hiring velocity, cost impact) to executive leadership
- Develop succession planning and leadership development frameworks
- Provide strategic oversight to recruitment and HR operations teams
- Lead employee relations matters requiring executive judgment and risk management
- Strengthen HR systems, processes, and reporting for scale
- Promote a high-performance, accountable, and inclusive culture
- 10–15+ years progressive HR leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience leading US-based HR strategy in a multi-state environment
- Strong knowledge of US employment law and healthcare workforce compliance
- Experience partnering directly with C-suite or executive leadership
- Proven experience leading and mentoring HR teams
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, telehealth, or multi-state service organizations preferred
- Strong analytical capability with experience using workforce data to influence decisions
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willingness to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (office-based)
