Inter Ex Group is growing rapidly and we are looking for ambitious Spanish speaking recruiters to join our high-energy sales floor in Edgewater, Miami.

• Building new business through outbound outreach, networking, and market insight across Spanish speaking markets
• Developing long-term client partnerships and managing ongoing relationships
• Sourcing, qualifying, and managing top contract talent across specialist tech markets including ERP, CRM, Data, and more
• Working towards targets, growing your desk, and celebrating success as part of a high-performing team

• Spanish fluency is essential, both written and spoken
• Ideally two or more years of recruitment experience, though strong performers with demonstrable results are encouraged to apply
• A proven billing track record and confidence working to KPIs
• Strong communication skills with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
• Ambitious, motivated, and eager to progress
