We’re partnering with our client, a growing professional services firm, seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to centralize and elevate their recruiting function while owning benefits and key HR initiatives firmwide. This is not a maintenance role. It’s a build‑and‑lead opportunity.
You will:
- Drive and streamline full‑cycle recruiting (Linked In Recruiter expertise required)
- Own and administer comprehensive benefits programs
- Lead HR projects and process improvements
- Partner directly with leadership as a strategic value‑add
- Help shape the future of the HR function
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 5+ years in a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong benefits expertise (non‑negotiable)
- Recruiting and project management experience
- A mindset focused on growth, impact, and long‑term partnership
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, but would also be open to a strong HR Generalist from a large firm who’s ready to step into a broader, more strategic role!
