Purchasing Specialist - Leading Homebuilder

A leading home builder in Miami, FL is looking for a Purchasing Specialist to join their team for a two-month assignment. In this role, you will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and team members to source and recruit talent, with a primary focus on IT positions. The recruiter will manage a requisition load of approximately 10‑12 roles.

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Lead and team members to support recruiting efforts.
• Source candidates primarily for IT roles (experience in IT recruiting strongly preferred).
• Manage a requisition load of approximately 10–12 roles.
• Utilize Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage talent.
• Act as a proactive, go‑getter team player to meet hiring needs.

• 3 years of experience required.
• Experience recruiting IT roles is a major plus.
• High‑touch client/candidate experience preferred.
