We’re looking for a curious, market-savvy, and relationship-driven recruiter to join us part-time and play a key role in attracting the talent that moves our organization forward.

This is not a “fill-the-role” recruiting position. We’re looking for someone who understands the market, thinks strategically about talent, and builds real connections with candidates — someone who sees recruiting as influence, insight, and impact.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a true talent partner to hiring manager
  • Proactively map the market and build strong talent pipeline
  • Engage and develop meaningful relationships with candidates, even before there’s an open role
  • Provide market intelligence and talent insights to support hiring decisions
  • Ensure candidates have a thoughtful, human, and positive experience throughout the process
  • Help us hire people who not only have the right skills, but also align with our culture and ways of working
Qualifications
  • Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, including role briefings, sourcing, interview coordination, and offer stages
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing and talent mapping using tools like Linked In Recruiter, job boards, and networking
  • Ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring or strategic roles
  • Good understanding of candidate assessment and structured interviewing practices
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles with strong organization and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage candidates and provide a positive experience
  • Curiosity and interest in using recruiting data and metrics to improve hiring outcomes
  • Alignment with a culture that values ownership, collaboration, and smart prioritization
Nice to Have (but not required)
  • Experience recruiting for finance or financial services companies
  • Experience working with an ATS, preferably UKG
  • Portuguese and/or Spanish language skills
