We’re looking for a curious, market-savvy, and relationship-driven recruiter to join us part-time and play a key role in attracting the talent that moves our organization forward.
This is not a “fill-the-role” recruiting position. We’re looking for someone who understands the market, thinks strategically about talent, and builds real connections with candidates — someone who sees recruiting as influence, insight, and impact.
Responsibilities- Act as a true talent partner to hiring manager
- Proactively map the market and build strong talent pipeline
- Engage and develop meaningful relationships with candidates, even before there’s an open role
- Provide market intelligence and talent insights to support hiring decisions
- Ensure candidates have a thoughtful, human, and positive experience throughout the process
- Help us hire people who not only have the right skills, but also align with our culture and ways of working
- Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, including role briefings, sourcing, interview coordination, and offer stages
- Hands-on experience with sourcing and talent mapping using tools like Linked In Recruiter, job boards, and networking
- Ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring or strategic roles
- Good understanding of candidate assessment and structured interviewing practices
- Ability to manage multiple open roles with strong organization and attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage candidates and provide a positive experience
- Curiosity and interest in using recruiting data and metrics to improve hiring outcomes
- Alignment with a culture that values ownership, collaboration, and smart prioritization
- Experience recruiting for finance or financial services companies
- Experience working with an ATS, preferably UKG
- Portuguese and/or Spanish language skills
- Part-time schedule with meaningful, high-impact work
