The Human Resources Generalist manages recruiting, benefits administration, HR operations, and special projects while partnering closely with leadership and staff.

- Lead full-cycle professional staff recruiting, onboarding, and orientation
- Support payroll processing and serve as backup
- Manage leaves of absence, workers’ compensation, evaluations, and compensation processes
- Serve as HRIS administrator and provide user support
- Maintain job descriptions and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws
- Coordinate HR-related RFPs and lead assigned projects
- Bachelor’s degree and SHRM certification required (CEBS a plus)
- Minimum 5 years’ HR experience in a professional services or law firm environment
- Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
