Summary

The Human Resources Director will lead HR strategy and operations for Latin America and the Caribbean across both corporate and retail populations. This role partners with regional leadership and the Americas HR team to align HR initiatives with business priorities and drive talent, performance, and engagement. The Director will oversee recruitment, development, employee relations, compliance, succession planning, and HR data reporting throughout the region.

Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate and retail roles across Latin America and the Caribbean.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and coach managers to drive high performance and engagement.
  • Drive communication of policies and cultivate an inclusive, equitable culture.
  • Champion employee engagement programs and talent mobility initiatives.
  • Manage local payroll providers and ensure compliance with legal requirements in Mexico, Brazil, and St Barth.
  • Lead the annual performance management cycle and budget exercises with Compensation & Benefits and Americas HR leadership.
  • Conduct talent review and succession planning and implement development action plans.
  • Partner on local compensation market analysis and submit HR data monthly and yearly to Headquarters and the LVMH group.
  • Manage cross-functional HR projects, gathering stakeholder input and ensuring successful execution.
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of experience in Human Resources and people management.
  • Experience with Brazil labor law; experience in other Latin America & Caribbean markets is a plus.
  • Luxury retail experience required.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese;
    Spanish preferable and French a plus.
  • Strong communication, team building, collaboration, and people management skills.
  • Ability to provide confidential, objective feedback and operate in a high-complexity, fast-paced environment.
