• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients across various industries
• Identify client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for sales-related roles
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer negotiation
  
  Proactively generate new business through calls, networking, and meetings
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring advice to clients
• Meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or business development preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Highly motivated with a results-driven mindset

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential
