HR System Technical Project Manager

Miami, FL 4 days a week onsite - Locals only

• They want a technical PM who can own the end to end HR systems and applications portfolio, including SAP Success Factors and custom-built HR solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise HR transformation objectives.
• If they have lead 2‑5 implementations that would be ideal
• 12+ years of HR technology experience, including 3‑5+ years leading enterprise teams in HR systems, HRIS, or HR transformation roles.
• Deep hands‑on experience with SAP Success Factors across multiple modules; experience supporting or governing custom HR applications strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership of large‑scale HR system implementations and transformations, from concept through stabilization.
• Partner with HR COEs to translate business requirements into technology‑enabled solutions across the employee lifecycle (Core HR, Talent, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation, Workforce Management) and making sure they feel supported.
• Manage strategic relationships with IT, system integrators, and SaaS vendors, holding partners accountable to SLAs, delivery quality, and business outcomes.
