Human Resources Manager

Summary

The Human Resources Manager based in the Miami Regional Office will support the Atlanta, the Carolinas and Tennessee markets as a strategic business partner to retail leadership. The role champions HR functions including employee relations, performance management, compensation, and talent development while ensuring compliance with employment laws. The manager will lead investigations, advise on HR policies, and liaise with corporate HR on leave, benefits, payroll, and workers' compensation.

• Partner with leadership to identify development needs and succession planning for high‑potential employees.
• Provide guidance on performance management, coaching, and corrective actions using internal platforms.
• Manage compensation initiatives including bonus plans and merit increases.
• Conduct and lead investigations into employee concerns and resolve employee relations issues.
• Act as liaison to corporate HR on leave requests, workers' compensation, benefits, and payroll matters.
• Drive a culture of accountability, recognition, and feedback aligned with business goals.

• Proven HR experience, preferably supporting retail or regional markets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with high discretion, sound judgment, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability and willingness to travel to support the Atlanta, the Carolinas and Tennessee markets.
