We’re seeking a proactive HR & Talent Acquisition Generalist to support daily HR and Recruitment operations, ensuring smooth workflows, compliance, and an excellent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain HR records & prepare HR documents.
- Support payroll, benefits administration & employee inquiries.
- Assist with compliance and HR policy updates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding.
- Coordinate intake calls, interviews, and hiring KPIs.
- Oversee Talent Acquisition reporting & background checks.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and Talent Partners to align recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related.
- 2+ years in HR, with experience in recruitment & performance management.
- Proficient in HRIS/ATS (Ceridian Dayforce preferred).
- Strong communication, organization & problem-solving skills.
