This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. - Bilingual Spanish is responsible for providing consultation, decision support, and case resolution across a broad range of human capital matters.
How you will make an impact:
- Operating within a tiered service delivery model, manages complex inquiries escalated from the HR service center and delivers timely, high-quality guidance that enables policy-aligned leadership decisions.
- Leads end-to-end resolution of complex employee relations and workforce cases, applying enterprise standards, governance practices, and relevant legal considerations to ensure consistent, compliant outcomes.
- Frames risk and structures clear decision pathways, offering actionable options for sensitive or high-impact situations involving promotions, job changes, pay actions, retention, and organizational decisions.
- Partners with Centers of Excellence as needed for specialized expertise, approvals, and support for workforce actions such as small-scale reductions in force.
- Identifies trends and recurring issues to drive continuous improvement, strengthen knowledge resources, and coach leaders to improve confidence, consistency, and speed-to-resolution.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS degree and minimum of 5 years of human resources experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
- Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.
- HR designation strongly preferred (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP).
- Previous experience in an Associate/Employee Relations or Human Resources position strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with leaders of all levels, both written and verbal, strongly preferred.
- Strong consultative and coaching skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and guide stakeholders strongly preferred.

* range for this specific position is $91,120 to $136,680. Location(s):
