People Resolution Partner – Bilingual Spanish

Location:

This role requires associates to be in‑office 1–2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity while providing flexibility to support productivity and work‑life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.
Alternate locations may be considered if candidate resides within a commuting distance from an office.

The People Resolution Partner – Bilingual Spanish is responsible for providing consultation, decision support, and case resolution across a broad range of human capital matters.

How you will make an impact
  • Operating within a tiered service delivery model, manages complex inquiries escalated from the HR service center and delivers timely, high‑quality guidance that enables policy‑aligned leadership decisions.
  • Leads end‑to‑end resolution of complex employee relations and workforce cases, applying enterprise standards, governance practices, and relevant legal considerations to ensure consistent, compliant outcomes.
  • Frames risk and structures clear decision pathways, offering actionable options for sensitive or high‑impact situations involving promotions, job changes, pay actions, retention, and organizational decisions.
  • Partners with Centers of Excellence as needed for specialized expertise, approvals, and support for workforce actions such as small‑scale reductions in force.
  • Identifies trends and recurring issues to drive continuous improvement, strengthen knowledge resources, and coach leaders to improve confidence, consistency, and speed‑to‑resolution.
Minimum Requirements

Requires a BA/BS degree and minimum of 5 years of human resources experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences
  • Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.
  • HR designation strongly preferred (SHRM‑CP or SHRM‑SCP).
  • Previous experience in an Associate/Employee Relations or Human Resources position strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with leaders of all levels, both written and verbal, strongly preferred.
  • Strong consultative and coaching skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and guide stakeholders strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary range for this specific position is $91,120 to $136,680. In addition to your salary, Elevance Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
