Job Summary

We are seeking an HRIS Operations Admin for a contract/temporary opportunity in Palm Beach, FL within the government and public sector. This role is ideal for an HR systems professional with 3 to 5 years of experience who enjoys data accuracy, process improvement, employee support, and HR technology projects.

The HRIS Operations Admin will play an important role in supporting a Vista HRIS data migration and helping prepare employee files for import. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a meaningful systems rollout, support HR operational improvements, and work with a collaborative team in a stable, service-oriented environment. The right candidate may have the opportunity for a longer assignment, potentially lasting 6 months to 1 year based on business needs and performance.

• Support HRIS data migration activities, including employee file preparation, data review, and data cleanup.
• Assist with organizing, validating, and cleaning employee records in SharePoint before import into Vista HRIS.
• Help identify data inconsistencies, missing documentation, and process gaps related to employee files.
• Support the creation of user-friendly “how to” guides and training materials for Vista HRIS.
• Assist employees and internal users during the rollout of different HRIS system components.
• Partner with HR team members to ensure accurate documentation, smooth system adoption, and timely completion of project tasks.
