A growing national search firm is expanding its internal team and looking for a sharp, experienced Recruiting Consultant to lead full-cycle searches across the country. This is a non-sales recruiting role, perfect for someone who wants to focus on talent delivery — no cold calls or client prospecting required.

This position gives you access to national job orders while avoiding any non-compete conflicts locally. You'll have the support, structure, and commission potential to grow your income and career without jumping between agencies.

• Lead professional and executive searches across a variety of industries nationwide
• Handle the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing
• Use top recruiting platforms, CRMs, and your own creativity to build strong pipelines
• Partner with a collaborative team that handles client relationships and strategy
• Maintain clear communication and organized candidate tracking
• Continuously improve sourcing and outreach skills through training and tools

• 2+ years of agency recruiting experience (professional or executive-level preferred)
• Confidence and communication skills to engage top-tier candidates
• A proactive, organized approach to managing candidate pipelines
  
  Interest in a recruiting-only role with no sales requirements
• Availability to work full-time onsite in Miami (Blue Lagoon area)

• Base salary up to $75K
