Training Manager; Hospitality

One of our Clients is looking for an experienced Training Manager to lead their learning and development programs. This position is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining training programs that support hotel leaders and teams. This role designs and delivers training classes, workshops, and learning materials focused on onboarding, operational excellence, guest experience, leadership development, and compliance. Day-to-day responsibilities include facilitating in‑person training sessions, coaching managers on best practices, coordinating training schedules, and tracking participation and outcomes.

• 2–3 years of experience in training, learning and development, or HR.
• Strong training design and delivery skills.
• Proficiency in facilitation, coaching, and presentation, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt training styles to different learning needs.
• Experience in hospitality operations or management is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to create clear, practical training documentation.
• Previous experience in a training, learning and development, or HR role within the hospitality industry is highly beneficial.
