What you ll do: As a People Partner – No
LA Manager, you ll be responsible for overseeing the administration and management of the company s human resources, ensuring the effective execution of all processes related to the area. This includes maintaining a team of qualified and well-trained personnel who contribute to the successful performance of their duties and are aligned with the organization s strategic planning to achieve its established goals.
On detail, you will:
- Lead People & Communications activities across the No
LA cluster (12 countries), ensuring strategic alignment and operational execution; - Manage all core HR functions including payroll, social security, compensation, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, training, development, internal communications, and labor law compliance across HR CoE and Business areas;
- Guide and develop the HR team while driving innovation and change initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness;
- Oversee HR budgets and labor cost control, ensuring alignment with forecasts and headcount plans for each country;
- Foster a positive work environment through wellbeing programs, CSR initiatives, and occupational health and safety efforts.
- Ensure timely reporting of local and corporate HR metrics and compliance with internal policies, environmental standards, and data security protocols;
- Work in a matrix environment and bring best solutions balancing HR Policies and practices anb business needs.
Who you are: You have:
- Bachelor s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor Relations, Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong experience in HR management, working with high-potential teams.
- Experience working in a matrix structure, with functional and operational reports and intercultural teams.
- Experience with team development and implementation of succession/talent retention plans.
- Advanced Office skills.
- Advanced English.
