The University of Miami/UHealth Human Resources has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Representative. The Human Resources Representative coordinates and performs high volume Human Resources transactions into the applicable system, ensuring input data is complete, accurate and processed within established time frames. Human Resources Representative will be responsible for:
* Coordinating and conducting the onboarding sessions for new hires.
* Provides candidates via email and phone the electronic onboarding paperwork.
* Provides information on required documents for I-9 compliance..
* Follows up in Vetty (automated background screening and verification) system to ensure applicants are meeting the deadline prior to hire date.
* Processes new hire in Workday accurately and timely.
* Verifies I-9 documents and enters information in Workday for new hire employees.
* Provides support to Human Resources Support Services Manager and Supervisor with special projects and audits.
* Supports department and employees by phone, email and walk in.
* Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets.
