Benefits Administrator (Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Miami, FL

Pay: $26.00–$30.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, FSA, HSA, and retirement plans
  • Manage benefit enrollments, qualifying life events, eligibility reviews, and employee status changes
  • Support leave of absence administration, including FMLA, ADA, and payroll-related benefit processing
  • Partner with Payroll, HR, vendors, and benefit carriers to resolve employee benefit issues
  • Conduct payroll benefit audits, reconciliations, and deduction reviews
  • Assist with open enrollment, employee communications, and benefits education
  • Maintain accurate data within HRIS and benefits administration systems while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of Benefits Administration, Total Rewards, or Payroll Benefits experience
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits administration and payroll integrations
  • Experience with ADP, Plan Source, FMLA Source, or similar HRIS/benefits systems preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
