Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team full-time at our Miami, FL location. This on-site role involves managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, talent development, compliance with labor laws, benefits administration, and performance management. The HR Manager will work closely with the leadership team to foster a positive and productive work environment, address employee concerns, and implement HR initiatives that align with the company’s goals and culture.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding processes
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and HR Policy Development
  • Proficiency in Compliance with Labor Laws, Compensation and Benefits Administration, and Payroll Oversight
  • Demonstrated ability in Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Training & Development
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a strong advantage
