R2 are partnered with an established manufacturer within the consumer goods space who are looking for an experienced HR Manager to own the full HR function and help drive the next phase of organizational growth.

Responsibilities:

• Shape and roll out HR strategy that supports the company's broader business objectives.
• Own the employee journey start to finish (hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, workplace relations, and exits).
• Keep policies and practices current with federal and state labor law.
• Maintain and refine HR processes, procedures, and the staff handbook.
• Act as the go-to resource for managers and staff on people-related issues.
• Build programs that boost morale and keep the culture strong.
• Design and run training to grow employee capability
• Use HR metrics to guide decisions across the business

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience within managerial HR roles.
• Deep working knowledge of HR practice and employment regulation.
• A track record of rolling out HR strategy that actually sticks.
• Comfortable building relationships and influencing people at every level.
• Hands-on background in hiring, performance management, and engagement
• Confident with HRIS platforms and core MS Office tools
