We are looking for a remote HR professional to support our team on a part time or project to project basis. This is a flexible, as needed role rather than a full time position.
Pay: $20 to $25 per hour
Responsibilities:- Respond to employment tax jurisdiction correspondence
- Handle family leave requests and documentation
- Manage workplace injury reports
- Assist with unemployment claims
- Support other general HR and compliance needs as they arise
- Prior HR, payroll, or compliance experience
- Comfortable working independently
- Multi-state employment experience preferred
