Build the Future of Talent for a Leading Fashion & Lifestyle Organization
We are seeking an influential, strategic, and highly visible Vice President of Talent Acquisition to shape the future workforce of a globally recognized fashion and lifestyle organization. Reporting directly to the CHRO, you will have a seat at the executive table and serve as the architect behind enterprise-wide recruiting strategy, employer branding, executive hiring, succession planning, and talent attraction initiatives.

What You'll Own:

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
• Build scalable talent pipelines across corporate, creative, merchandising, planning, sourcing, marketing, eCommerce, retail, and executive functions.
• Lead workforce planning initiatives in partnership with senior leadership.
• Establish and monitor recruiting KPIs, hiring metrics, and performance benchmarks.
• Elevate employer brand awareness and create a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Develop innovative recruitment marketing strategies that attract top talent across multiple channels.
• Position the organization as an employer of choice within the fashion, retail, and consumer products industries.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and business leaders on talent strategy, market trends, compensation intelligence, and hiring best practices.
• Partner with Talent Management to support succession planning and future leadership development.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
