This opportunity is open to ambitious graduates and early-career professionals currently based outside of Florida who are interested in relocating to Miami. As an Associate you'll focus on identifying and engaging top legal talent across the United States, supporting leading law firms with strategic hiring needs. This is a pure candidate-facing role, focused on building relationships with attorneys and guiding them through the hiring process.
