Legal Recruiter – Law Firm Experience Required Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Legal Recruiter with a strong background recruiting specifically for law firms and legal organizations.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience sourcing and hiring legal professionals such as Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, Case Managers, Intake Specialists, and other law firm positions.

• Source and recruit qualified candidates for legal and law firm positions.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements.
• Post and manage job advertisements across Indeed, Linked In, and other recruiting platforms.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified legal candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Utilize ATS and recruiting tools to track candidates and hiring activity.

• Previous recruiting experience within a Law Firm or Legal Industry is REQUIRED.
• Experience recruiting Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, Case Managers, Intake Specialists, or similar legal roles.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Experience using Indeed, Linked In, ATS platforms, and other recruiting tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
