This Government Operations Consultant I position is located in the Organizational Strategy Management office at the Florida Department of Health in Miami-Dade County. The role handles OPS recruitment and onboarding, administrative purchasing, volunteer and intern coordination, and employee . The incumbent will manage job advertisements, conduct background checks, process purchase orders, track recruitment status, and support various HR functions with a high level of independent decision-making.
Keyqualifications
- Experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge of personnel recruitment, selection, training, and personnel information systems
- Ability to communicate effectively and analyze data to solve problems
- Skills with electronic equipment and software including Excel, Word, Visio, and Power Point
- Preferred:
Bilingual in English and Spanish
