This hands‑on role includes recruiting, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, employee relations, and HR operations while partnering with the global HR team.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding to attract and retain top talent for the U.S. region.
  • Manage payroll processing, 401(k) administration, and employee benefits programs.
  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, event planning, and internal communications.
  • Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and workers’ compensation regulations.
  • Maintain and audit HR global systems; ensure employee records are accurate and current.
  • Create and update job descriptions; support salary benchmarking and compensation management.
  • Design and manage employee recognition programs and engagement initiatives.
