A growing organization is seeking an HR Generalist to help manage the operational side of the employee lifecycle. This role is well suited for an organized HR professional who enjoys systems, problem-solving, and keeping employee processes moving accurately across a fast-paced business.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate core HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through separation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure employment changes are reflected across HR platforms.
  • Support benefits, payroll, compliance, and employment-related administrative processes.
  • Review HR data and documentation for accuracy, resolve inconsistencies, and maintain reliable internal reporting.
  • Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding routine HR processes and required documentation.
  • Coordinate time-sensitive matters involving work authorization, employee records, and external service providers.
  • Help improve HR workflows, documentation, and internal procedures as the organization continues to grow.
  • Contribute to HR technology projects, system improvements, and other People Operations initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of HR, People Operations, payroll, or related experience.
  • Working knowledge of onboarding, benefits, payroll support, HR compliance, or employee records.
  • Experience using HRIS platforms;
    Dayforce or Rippling is helpful but not required.
  • Strong accuracy and follow-through when handling employee data and documentation.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a changing environment.
  • Sound judgment and discretion with confidential information.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to work full-time onsite in Brickell.
