Senior Recruitment Consultant - Tech or Life Sciences

$60k–$85k base + uncapped commission

The Senior Recruitment Consultant will build client relationships, deliver top-tier talent, and drive business growth in a fast-paced 360 recruitment environment.

• – Manage the full recruitment cycle from BD to candidate placement
• – Source and qualify high-level professionals across life sciences functions
• – Lead new business development with biotech and pharma partners
• – Drive revenue through expert-level headhunting and client delivery
• – Collaborate with peers and leaders to expand your desk and influence

• – At least 2 years of 360 agency recruitment experience
• – A track record of billing success in a metrics-driven environment
• – Passion for business development and talent advisory
• – Knowledge of life sciences or technology sectors (or the motivation to learn fast)
• – Strong phone presence, negotiation skills, and self-motivation

• – $60k–$85k base + 40% commission with no cap
• – Clear promotion paths to leadership, no tenure requirements
• – 20 PTO days + full health, dental, and vision
