You must currently live within 1 hour of Miami, FL.
- Coordinate the employee onboarding process for new hires within the assigned territory.
- Ensure required employment documentation, HRIS information, and onboarding activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Conduct or coordinate new hire orientation and provide employees with an effective introduction to vVARDIS, its culture, policies, benefits, and HR processes.
- Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to support a smooth new hire experience.
- Monitor completion of onboarding tasks and follow up on outstanding items.
- Coordinate employee offboarding activities, including required documentation, system updates, benefit notifications, return of company property, and internal communications.
- Support managers and employees throughout the termination or resignation process.
- Ensure offboarding steps are completed consistently and in accordance with company procedures and applicable requirements.
- Escalate complex or sensitive terminations to the HR Manager.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day HR contact for employees and managers within the assigned territory.
- Respond to employee questions regarding policies, procedures, workplace matters, benefits, leave, and other HR topics.
- Provide practical and consistent guidance to managers on routine employee matters.
- Support the resolution of day-to-day employee relations concerns while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Document employee relations matters appropriately and elevate complex, high-risk, or sensitive matters to the HR Manager.
- Support the administration of performance management processes, including review cycles, goal setting, documentation, and follow-up.
- Assist managers with preparing for performance discussions and providing clear, constructive feedback.
- Support performance improvement processes under the direction of the HR Manager.
- Track deadlines and required documentation related to performance management activities.
- Provide day-to-day guidance to managers regarding routine people-management questions and HR processes.
- Help managers navigate company policies, employee conversations, attendance concerns, performance expectations, and other common workplace matters.
- Identify situations requiring additional HR expertise and elevate appropriately to the HR Manager.
- Support the recruitment process in partnership with the HR Manager, recruiters and hiring managers.
- Coordinate job postings, candidate communications, interview scheduling, and recruitment logistics.
- Support preparation and administration of offer and pre-employment documentation as needed.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.
- Assist employees with benefit enrollment processes, qualifying life events, and general benefit navigation.
- Liaise with benefits providers and internal HR colleagues as needed to resolve employee questions.
- Escalate complex plan or eligibility issues to the HR Manager or appropriate external partner.
- Coordinate employee leave administration for the assigned territory, including routine federal, state, and company leave processes.
- Provide employees and managers with required information, forms, and process guidance.
- Track leave dates, documentation, and return-to-work requirements.
- Maintain appropriate confidentiality of employee information.
- Partner with the HR Manager and external providers or counsel on complex leave matters when required.
- Maintain accurate and timely employee data within HR systems for the assigned territory.
