We are seeking a bilingual HR Assistant to assist with benefits administration, onboarding, employee data management, HRIS processes, employee support, and compliance activities.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with HR systems, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support benefits administration
    , including employee enrollments, qualifying life events, Open Enrollment, and benefits-related changes.
  • Maintain accurate employee information and benefits records within HR systems.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and pre-employment activities
    , including documentation, orientation, system access, and onboarding completion.
  • Process and maintain employee changes, including new hires, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, and terminations.
  • Support HRIS data management, data validation, audits, and system-related activities.
  • Assist with the upcoming Workday implementation, including testing, data validation, and employee data accuracy.
  • Respond to routine employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, procedures, and programs.
  • Maintain confidential employee and personnel records.
  • Assist with I-9 documentation, employment verifications, personnel file audits, and other compliance activities.
  • Support performance management, employee engagement, recognition, and wellness initiatives.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, managers, and other internal teams to ensure accurate and timely HR processes.
  • Provide general administrative support for HR projects and special initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience required.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Previous experience supporting benefits administration, onboarding, employee records, HR operations, or related HR functions.
  • Strong computer and systems skills with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
  • Experience using an HRIS or employee management system is required. Workday experience is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate employee data.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information professionally.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
