Description

Recruiter - NEOGOV Experience- STARTS ASAP

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with hands-on NEOGOV experience to support full-cycle recruitment for a government organization

+ Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting through onboarding

+ Post positions and track applicants using NEOGOV

+ Review applications and screen candidates for minimum qualifications

+ Coordinate interviews, assessments, references, and background checks

+ Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate documentation

+ Communicate with hiring managers regarding staffing needs and candidate progress

+ Participate in job fairs, community outreach, and recruiting events

+ Ensure recruitment practices comply with government policies and procedures

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Previous recruiting experience within a government or public-sector organization

+ Hands-on experience using NEOGOV

+ Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate-management skills

+ Excellent communication and organizational abilities

+ Ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines

+ Bachelor's degree preferred
