Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
+ Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
+ Support employee relations and respond to HR-related questions
+ Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment
+ Coordinate recruitment, interviews, and new-hire paperwork
+ Monitor compliance with company policies and employment regulations
+ Assist with payroll, timekeeping, and attendance matters
+ Prepare HR reports and support special projects
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Previous HR Generalist experience
+ Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
+ Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
+ Bachelor's degree or HR certification preferred
+ Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
