$60,000-$65,000 base + uncapped earning potential

Miami, FL | Hybrid, minimum 3 days in office

You'll become part of a close-knit Miami team working with high-growth technology businesses across markets including San Francisco and New York. With strong client demand, an average fee of around $35,000, and ambitious plans to grow the Miami office, you'll have the opportunity to build your earnings and career alongside the business.

The Recruiter /
Delivery Consultant will manage candidate delivery for high-growth AI and technology clients across the US.

• Own candidate delivery across active US technology recruitment mandates
• Source, engage, qualify, and manage high-quality candidates through the recruitment process
• Work alongside dedicated business development colleagues on established and newly won accounts
• Build relationships with candidates across some of the most active US technology markets

• Around 1-2 years of recruitment experience is preferred, although exceptional graduate or early-career candidates will be considered
• Evidence that you can perform against KPIs and maintain quality in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication, persuasion, organization, and relationship-building skills
• A motivated, commercially minded approach with a genuine interest in increasing your earnings and responsibilities
• A collaborative mindset with the confidence to perform individually while contributing to shared team success

• Uncapped earning potential in a high-fee recruitment market
• Average client fees of approximately $35,000
