Sr Generalist, Human Resources - 18808
Description
SUMMARYA successful candidate will provide comprehensive Human Resources support to business units in all areas of HR including employee relations, recruiting and on-boarding, benefit administration and coordination of new hires for the Miami location.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues
- Recruiter for salaried positions
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management
- Manage employee discipline and performance improvement processes
- Ensure consistent execution of performance management and disciplinary actions
- Partner with HR and business leaders to develop and execute employee engagement initiatives
- Aiding communication between management and employees and resolving issues
- Lead employee round table discussions
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Extremely strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent judgment in a range of situations, maturity and trustworthiness
- Strong employee relations experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint
Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from a four year college or university; five or more years of related experience and/or training.
PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP certification required.
