ADP is hiring a Human Resources Consultant.

About the Role

As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will leverage your HR experience, ADP product expertise, and consulting skills to solve their most critical business challenges. Your primary goal is to help clients, building relationships with external clients and internal partners, communicating clearly and professionally, and driving client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues as an HR expert for ADP’s largest clients and complex products/technologies.
  • Proactively provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions to clients.
  • Communicate with clients to resolve issues, set priorities, manage time, and follow up promptly.
  • Exceed client expectations by upholding the highest ethical standards and ADP’s core value of “Integrity is Everything.”
  • Interpret business issues, recommend solutions and best practices to ADP leadership and clients.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with less experienced Consultants and Specialists.
Required Qualifications
  • Candidate must be located in the Miami, FL area and/or surrounding areas; responsible for managing an external client book of business within Southeast and Carolina locations. Hybrid work model (office/virtual).
  • At least 5–8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems‑related organization.
  • At least 5–8 years of experience in a customer‑service or human‑resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results.
  • A college degree is desirable but not required; other acceptable experiences include the above qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • HR certification or willingness to pursue one within the first year.
