Highly skilled individual responsible for developing and implementing effective Total Rewards strategies, policies and procedures aligned with company’s Compensation Philosophy to attract, retain and motivate a highly skilled workforce while ensuring compliance with governmental regulations, internal equity and competitive rewards structures. Goals are achieved by providing vision, leadership, planning, project coordination, and management, while concurrently facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future business needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Executive compensation programs, including base salaries, short-term incentives (e.g., annual bonuses), and long-term incentives (e.g., equity-based compensation). Ensure that the compensation packages align with the company's strategic goals and market competitiveness.
  • Evaluate, design, and roll-out Broad Base Total Rewards programs, processes, and projects (base pay, short-term incentives, sales incentives, global benefits, severance, recognition, retention, job architecture, etc.) have a global impact.
  • Manage equity-based compensation plans, such as stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), and performance-based equity awards (PSUs). Ensure these plans align with industry standards and are attractive to executive talent.
  • Provide support and expertise to the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, including preparing materials, presenting findings, and recommending changes as needed.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to Executive and Broad Base compensation and benefits, ensuring the company's practices comply with legal requirements and best practices. Present periodic compensation reporting as required for FDP filing. Effectively partner with internal/external legal counsel to ensure compliance.
  • Work independently to drive and manage projects across multiple functions and client groups, utilizing subject matter expertise and knowledge of both internal and external business practices to improve employee experience.
  • Work regularly and comfortably influencing senior leaders, management, and individual contributors across multiple functions.
  • Oversee relationships with external compensation consultants, benefit providers, and other vendors involved in the company's executive total rewards programs.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to develop and implement talent attraction and retention strategies, leveraging the total rewards programs as a competitive advantage in the market.
  • Manage change effectively always mindful of technology and business process implications, Lead global projects in compensation and benefits.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy for compensation and benefit programs and identify opportunities to better enable the company to improve employee engagement, facilitate proactive and effective messaging and cadence as well as support the company's growth and strategic plan.
  • Partner closely with other HR sub functions such as HR Operations / HRIS, and Regional HR departments around the world besides Executive Compensation, Sales Compensation, Stock Plan Administration, Global Mobility (other Total Rewards work streams).
  • Monitor and implement changes to ensure compliance with global pay regulations.
  • Create effective, scalable, and easy to understand global compensation metrics to support compensation programs.
  • Participate in M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration activities.
  • Oversee FDP's Global Mobility Program for execution and development.
  • Partner with the Talent team to seamlessly align approaches to performance with compensation and benefits practices as well as enable the execution via developing world-class compensation education programs, converting data outcomes into insights and executive ready presentations to senior leaders and other work items as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology or business administration, MBA beneficial.
  • 5+ years of experience in Total Rewards in an organization’s with 500+ employees, ideally from a multinational company in manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
  • 10+ total years of working experience in multinational professional organizations, ideally from the human resources department.
  • Outstanding knowledge and understanding of HR operations & administration, talent management, talent acquisition, succession planning, employee experience, learning and development.
