Onsite in Miami (5 days per week - 3 days onsite/2 days remote)

Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Recruiter to support nationwide hiring efforts across multiple business divisions. This role will focus on recruiting talent within construction, sales, purchasing, land development, and new home sales functions while partnering closely with hiring managers across the country.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys active sourcing, managing high-volume requisitions, and building talent pipelines for operational and field-based positions.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Recruit for a variety of positions including Construction, Purchasing, Land Development, Sales, New Home Consultants, and other field-based roles.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies utilizing Linked In Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure strong alignment with hiring requirements.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting leadership to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Present qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offer negotiations.
• Maintain a high level of communication and professionalism throughout the recruiting process.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Support company initiatives related to talent acquisition, compensation, employee development, and equal employment opportunity practices.

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within construction, real estate, homebuilding, land development, sales, or related industries strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume requisition loads, typically ranging from 10-35 open positions.
• Strong sourcing and talent identification skills with a proactive recruiting approach.
• Experience utilizing Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers across multiple locations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Workday experience preferred.
