Human Resources Supervisor – Miami, FL What You’ll Do

You’ll serve as the lead Human Resources representative for our Miami Distribution Center, partnering closely with site leadership to support a workforce of approximately 110 employees. This role is focused on building a strong employee experience through recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, retention initiatives, and day‑to‑day HR operations. If you’re an HR professional who enjoys being hands‑on, coaching leaders, and supporting employees across all stages of the employment lifecycle, this could be the opportunity for you.

This Role, You’ll
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and leaders at the Miami Distribution Center, providing guidance on policies, benefits, payroll, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Lead recruiting efforts for hourly and salaried positions, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, and job offer administration.
  • Support employee onboarding, orientation, and retention initiatives to create a positive employee experience and reduce turnover.
  • Maintain personnel records, HR documentation, and employee files while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company, state, and federal requirements.
  • Partner with managers and supervisors to ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
  • Coordinate leave administration, drug and alcohol testing programs, benefits communications, and required workplace notices.
  • Monitor HR compliance requirements and ensure labor law postings, reporting, and documentation remain current.
  • Support special projects and HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, development, and organizational effectiveness.
What You’ll Bring
  • 3 to 6 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including employee relations, recruiting, and HR administration.
  • Previous supervisory or HR leadership experience preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws, benefits administration, HR policies, and employee relations practices.
  • Experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees and leaders at all organizational levels.
