Recruiter, Recruiter ​/ Talent Acquisition

A growing global organization located in Miami is seeking an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Talent Acquisition team. This is a high-impact recruiting role supporting multiple business units and helping drive organizational growth through strategic talent acquisition.

The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong partnerships with hiring managers, and is confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of professional and corporate functions.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for 10-15+ concurrent requisitions across multiple business areas.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and candidate profile requirements.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using Linked In Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct phone and video screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and manage candidate progression through the interview and selection process.
• Provide a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and timely follow-up.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and hiring outcomes.
• Monitor hiring metrics and provide updates on recruiting progress, pipeline activity, and time-to-fill initiatives.

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience supporting recruiting efforts across corporate functions
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement experience, including Linked In Recruiter and other talent sourcing platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a high-volume recruiting environment.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies
